Privacy Policy

Effective date:

This policy explains how Blossom Tech LLC, doing business as Blossom AI (“Blossom AI”, “we”), handles personal information through this website, including the Lab pages, the contact form and the Research Digest email subscription. Where one of our products, services or agreements has its own privacy terms, those terms apply to it instead.

Information we collect

  • Contact messages: your name, email address, company, topic, message and any file you attach.
  • Research Digest: your email address; your consent (the wording, where and when you gave it); when you confirmed or unsubscribed; and records of the digests sent to you.
  • Visits: technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and request times, recorded in server logs. A hashed form of your IP address helps limit abuse of the sign-up form.
  • Team accounts: for authorized people who sign in to edit this website, their name, work email address, profile, role and a record of their actions.

How we use it

  • To respond to your messages.
  • To send the weekly Research Digest, only after you confirm your subscription.
  • To operate, protect and improve the website.

We do not sell your contact details or our subscriber list.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that host the website and store its data, deliver email, or provide analytics for us.
  • Others when needed to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, safety and security of Blossom AI or others.
  • A successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Cookies and analytics

Where enabled on our production website, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure how the site is used. Google processes that information under its privacy policy. Google may also collect information about your activity over time and across other websites or services that use Google tools. Our Research Digest pages do not load it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or install Google’s opt-out add-on. Team accounts use a cookie to stay signed in. This website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, for security and to meet legal obligations. After you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record of your address, consent and unsubscribe so that we continue to respect your choice.

Your choices and rights

Every digest has an unsubscribe link. To ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, use hello@blossomai.co or our contact form. We may need to verify your identity, and some requests are limited by law. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable measures to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We work from the United States and Japan, and our service providers may process information in other countries.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes and contact

We will post any changes here with a new effective date and give further notice of material changes where required. Questions go to hello@blossomai.co or our contact form.
