仲間The team

Two offices.
One discipline.

Researchers and engineers who would happily switch chairs with each other — and frequently do. We hire for taste and patience as much as we hire for credentials.

研究と工学を行き来する。Moving freely between research and engineering.

研究と工学How we’re built

Researchers who can read a stack trace.
Engineers who can read a paper.

The lab and the product organisation share a single weekly review. Researchers spend a quarter of their time on production tickets; engineers spend a quarter of theirs on lab problems. The boundary moves — the discipline doesn’t.

Tokyo holds the lab; San Francisco holds the bulk of the product engineering team and customer-facing operations. The two offices share a single calendar and a single Slack — no “HQ vs. branch” dynamic, ever.

採用Working here

Hiring,
slowly.

We grow on the order of one person a month. The bar is people who can switch between research and engineering chairs without losing their seat — researchers who can read a stack trace, engineers who can read a paper.

Open roles cluster around Member of Technical Staff, Research (calibration), staff AI Engineer (Agents) and product designer (platform). We read every application a person writes themselves.
